Northern Ireland's Scald.

They play a mix of Extreme Avant-Garde Progressive Sludge/Doom/Grind. Sounds good, isn't it? ;)

The album contains just one song, 47 minutes of great music!!! Completely twisted and progressive instrumental stuff!!! :D

It reminds me Canvas Solaris a bit, but I consider Scald a better band.

The album is pretty complex...Starting with sludgy riffing, through more noise-prog stuff, finishing with drone/ambient sounds :)

I downloaded the full album a few days ago and it's pretty good. My main complaint with it is that it doesn't really feel like one long song, more like a lot of really short ones because between each musical movement the band pretty much always completely stops for a split second before starting something else.

Yeah. But maybe that's because the following parts start wuth slower moments...Don't know. As far as I remember, on Edge Of Sanity's Crimson situation was similar, wasn't it?

All in all. A very good album :)
