Zad mentioned this band a while ago but I have to bring this up because this is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have heard. Right now I'm listening to the album and I'm completely blown away. This is beautiful folk music, acusitic and pianos and stuff like that, this is totally art. You guys have to hear this. It got rave reviews everywhere, try if you still haven't heard them.

Samples found here: http://www.tenhi.com/music.shtml

I'm checking it out, the samples weren't that promising but they're often distracting...

Its your own loss baby. Misha will like this, I'm sure of it. I just sent him a whole song, samples don't give the whole atmosphere of the songs.

Dude, I am digging this. You are right samples never do a song justice, and I wish they would just put a whole song on there instead of 4 little snipets. Could you send me a whole song pretty please? I am a sucker for pianos and violins.

Some time ago I considered posting a thread like this. Tenhi is generally awesome and Maaäet is the best thing I've heard from them. I predict this one to get one of the good spots on my 2006 top 10..

Listeners who enjoy this one should check out Of the Wand and the Moon as well. It is different but has some of the same qualities..

Thanks for the track! I love the violins, but I could see this getting a bit dry if listened to a bit much. It's very relaxing, but it needs an emotional punch of some kind. What language is this by the way?

That music is awesome but the vocals kinda turn me off, especially the lyrics about mother earth.

S'good. Reminds me of a Nick Cave song I when I was 5 which really freaked me out.
