AMAZING! The opening band, The Agony Scene did nothing for me but the next band on the bill, Devildriver were great! I'd never actually listened to this band before but they really blew me away with their great stage presence, flawless performance and their ability to get the crowd going. But, onto the band I was really there to see-Lamb of God! What a great show! They opened with Laid to Rest and Randy was stalking the stage like a madman, with the rest of the band headbanging and everybody inside the venue just went nuts! They went on to play a setlist of all the best Lamb of God you can have (and Bloodletting from their Burn the Priest days) which certainly kept me happy. The stage was a little too foggy with all the special effects shit but that didn't matter really, the band was really tight and put on a great performance. After an uproar from the crowd chanting "WALL OF DEATH! WALL OF DEATH!" Randy announced Black Label and the band rushed into it so quickly it seemed like they wanted to prevent a waqll of death happening! It didn't matter though, because during the breakdown the crowd had time to form a kind of circular wall of death and I'm telling you, it was brutal! I'm sore all over and really tired, but I don't care. I urge everyone to see this band live.

Setlist (that I can remember)
Laid to Rest
As The Palaces Burn
Ruin
11th Hour
Now you've Got Something to Die For
Bloodletting
The faded Line
Omerta
Black Label

That setlist was kind of in the right order, but not exactly, and they played a cuople more songs than that, but you get the idea when I say that the setlist was great.

You liked Devildriver? You'll be into Throwdown and Hatebreed before we know it.
