Mr Bungle were awesome
I first bought their debut album when it came out because I was a bif FNM addict only to discover MrB was even better !!!
then I had the chance to see them live twice (for the Disco Volante & California tours) and both shows where great though very different : while the Disco Volante show offered a very chaotic performance (that was when all musicians were hooded or masked on stage, including Patton) the California gave me that sense that great professionalism can mix with über-fun-madness...
I was very sorry to hear last year that the band had split up... but then there are plenty more Paoon projects for me to delight from...
here my Bungle albums list
1.Mr Bungle 95/100
2.California 90/100
3.Disco Volante 70/100 (this one has not enough
songs for my taste to be rated higher...)
