I've been reading some rave reviews for them but never quite got around to checking them out. Are they any good? |

I've heard the same, and so I went out and bought Deadwing and was bored senseless. So...who knows. |

If you like neo-progressive rock then they might be your thing.. I prefer the other popular ones to them, though.. as in IQ, Transatlantic, Flower Kings, Spock's Beard.. all of them have songs with hard rock elements too so it's not a complete waste if you're a diehard metalhead, hehehe. |

I have heard Deadwing may not be the greatest representation of the band, so I do intend to check them out further, if that helps. I like bands like IQ, Spock's Beard and Arena...so hopefully I can find this band enjoyable. |

if you want very "floydian" music try theif "Signify" album if you want more poppy prog try their "stupid dream" album and if you want metal infused modern prog, Deadwing is nice though it takes a few spins to get into it all in all, PC are not a very original or groundbreaking band but they sure deliver fine songs
