I feel like the parts that overlap in Wings for Marie/10,000 Days do in the same way that a repeated part (eg chorus) from any song would overlap with itself. It's neat how Viginiti Trees goes with the first part of the song though. |

Okay I finally got around to listening and that video has actually done it wrong. It has Wings For Marie at the beginning and Viginti Tres at the end. It's supposed to be the other way around as the original article from Cracked.com indicates. THIS is how it's supposed to be played: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPzTuPuq53A I think it works pretty well with Viginti Tres but when it gets to Wings it sounds kinda weird. |

But I know someone who tried it and he said the tracks didn't flow better at all. He might have done it wrong though, I wasn't there at the time. |

The order I found was 6, 7, 5, 8, 4, 9, 13, 1, 12, 2, 11, 3, 10. tbh, it does seem like Parabol and Parabola would make better openers than The Grudge, but it seems like a weird idea that they would intentionally have the album's tracks out of order. If it flows better this way, why wouldn't they just have this order of songs to begin with? Oh well. It's something to try, and I think I'm on a bit of a Tool kick anyway. |

Heh, actually directing it at the thread as a whole and LOTN's trying to turn Lateralus into the Da Vinci Code. I, too, love Tool a lot, one of my favourite bands, but come the hell on. |
