An outstanding band and outstanding album indeed! The Moon Is a Dead World is quite unique, progressive post-hardcore like no other bands. Too bad they only released that single album, they showed a lot of promises. :sad:

Yeah. I've been waiting for news of any of their members forming new bands but I haven't heard anything yet.

Yeah, I've been listening to this a lot lately and it's just SO good. Any fans of Converge, Buried Inside, The Mars Volta, or even stuff like Refused should really check this out. Possibly becoming one of my favorite albums.

Thanks for posting that...The Moon is a Dead World might be my favorite drumming performance of all time. So excited for this!

EDIT: Upon listening, it's damn good. I love me some Gospel--pretty similar to their older stuff, but nobody else sounds like them so I don't really care. I do miss the Bannon-esque vocals, but it's not a huge deal...hope they put out a whole album!

Yeah new vocals are an odd change. I like them but I also loved the combination of screaming and talky singing on The Moon is a Dead World. Either way I'm sure whatever they do will kick ass.
