Mediocre album. Jonas Hellborg has done much better than this. Check out "The Word" or "Ars Moriendi". None of those albums are metal by the way. The first is a mix of oriental music and acoustic jazz with great drumming (Tony Williams, RIP) and a string quartet. The second is a reflective/ambient album recorded with percussionist Glen Velez. Both are stuningly beautiful works. |

Yeah, I thought Jonas Hellborg has done way better stuf too, although I've been meaning to give the Art Metal album another chance. If you want more of his rock/fusion oriented stuff, check out Personae. |
