Anyone listen to them? Are they worth listening to? If they are which of their three albums should I check out first? I listened to a few tracks and thought they might be worth checking out, hence this thread.

I'm really starting to hate these kind of threads.

Solace is really ugly and fucked up; tons of downtuned riffs that don't make a whole lot of sense and poop all over your ears. Breathing is Irrelevant is slightly more structured, closer to your usual technical metalcore kind of thing. i'd go for one of those two, since i thought Minus the Herd was disappointing and terrible.

Way too incoherent for my tastes.

It might be the same for me. I thought I might as well try it out. Hoping it would be like Converge in some way. Also checking out the band Animosity soon.

Animosity isn't anything special.

By whom? I listened to a few Animosity songs, and they didn't really affect me at all. They just came and went.

I actually wasn't disappointed. Being a deathcore band, I wasn't expecting much and it wasn't half bad. Not as formulaic as other deathcore bands and not as noticeable breakdowns either.

As for Ion Dissonance, they're pretty awesome but will take quite a few listens to even claim to understand something about it. Plus they have a song based on the novel Crime and Punishment.

I can't stand their earlier work its far too pretentious , albeit I naturally hate overly technical music.
I liked Minus the herd because it is intense, their earlier stuff has a lack of cohesiveness and I cant get into it.
I recommend their newest album if you want to get pissed off for whatever reason
