The Mass are cool. A Perfect Picture is actually my favourite album of theirs because it sounds less like DEP/mr bungle/etc than their other work.

Atreyu "Lead Sails Paper Anchor 2.0" (2008)
Selling out can sometimes lead to good things... On this album, Atreyu doesn't try to be a metal band anymore which lead to some excellent songs (the "glammy" Falling Down is my favourite). An uneven album, alright, but worth a try for those looking for melodic teenage metallized MTV pop oriented rock.

Oh, pur-lease. If you want a good pop-rock band that starts with the letter 'A', AFI and Alkaline Trio shit all over Atreyu.
