Glass Casket - Desperate Man's Diaries

I think this album is the 2nd best metalcore release of the year. They cover everything from Meshuggah to black metal and it all just fits into their sort-of-metalcore sound.

Killswitch Engage - Eye of the storm

Their new release "As daylight dies" is very catchy
and very solid.

For some reason, calling this Metal seems wrong. It's Progressive for certain, but I dunno, just because it has some distorted guitars doesn't really make me feel comfortable calling it Metal.

Whatever it is, it's great music.
