A what I call a thrudge band. A combination of thrash and sludge.

Corrosion of Conformity 'Blind'? Maybe Lair of the Minotaur, that was a wikipedia description but a good band.

You know, thinking about it, some of the modern Death/Thrash bands have sludgy moments. Even Lamb Of God have a bit of Nawleans in them.

i'm enjoying this band minus their fascination with mongoloids.

definitely check out Sulfur and Semen over their first album, Weight of the Wound.
