Rush belongs in all forums. They've dabbled in each genre of metal, especially black, with that string of experimental albums in the month of July, 1997 after they realized Test For Echo sucked and they needed a new direction.

Everyone remembers: New World Holocaust, Destroyer of Lakeside Park, Raping The Trees, and Disciple of the Heinous Tom Sawyer.

Not as good as their older material. In my opinion, they could've done better.

Yeah and after albums like Test For Echo and Vapor Trails (Which was pretty good but had a horrendous production) its a very welcome album, which in my opinion is their best since Presto in 1989.

Right now Snakes And Arrows is probably my 2nd/3rd fav album of the year. Of course I just bought the new Nightwish and Iced Earth so that could change.
