I'm back from a week at my sister's, away from keyboard. Was feeling a bit blue until I read this thread. Thanks for the laughs, guys. Now I want to eat a cordon bleu (although I'm not too sure about this asscheeks splitting thing...)

Ugh. I still have two final papers to write, one to edit hard and a defense of my work next Tuesday. I'm so screwed.

Edit: Song titles make the coolest essay titles. One paper on whiteness and fetishism, I titled Towering Flesh after the PD song. Writing a paper on Irigaray and the exchange of women and titled it after the Grinderman track, Go Tell the Women, because it has that paragraph about their "self-serving grieving" and how "all we wanted was a little consensual rape in the morning and a little more in the evening" because women have use value when their getting fucked and exchange value prior to their deflowering. Marxism and french feminist psychoanalysis for the win.

Spent the night with two friends (male and female), drinking beers and singing songs (including a bit of metal) with shitty voices. Haven't laughed that hard for... months, I think. It's the little things, you know?

And I think the girl likes me, she's getting physical (she touches me a lot). It might be I'm just imagining things though, I'm drunk. We'll see.
