This is the godfather of all modern day power metal albums (or so people say and I could not agree more
There are fast songs with shredding guitar and slower songs with great melodies and singing (this applies to all of the songs, naturally).
Michael Kiske does an outstanding job. He is simply incredible vocalist. Not everybody likes his voice but I do and that's good enough for me.
This an album that deserves to be called a power metal classic.

Find me a power metal fan that doesn't like Kiske's voice so I can punch them in the ear. |
